Enjoy a break at this peaceful cottage in the heart of Lynton. Just a 2 minute walk from the town centre and Lynton Cliff Railway. Easy access to Valley of the Rocks, surrounded by miles of beautiful walking paths and North Devon beaches. The house has recently undergone renovations and comes with a fully equipped brand new kitchen, laundry facilities and cosy living room with log burner. Two double bedrooms form the sleeping arrangements and guests can also enjoy outdoor space in the courtyard.

It is perfect for families and is dog friendly. The centre of Lynton is a 5 minute walk and it is only 10 minutes to the spectacular Valley of the rocks. Lynton itself is on the edge of Exmoor and the South West Coast path so it is ideal for walks

There is a double room with en-suite and a luxurious kingsize bed. There is also a twin room with 2 high quality single beds. There is an open plan kitchen/lounge with a dining table by the bay window overlooking the valley. There is also a contemporary bathroom with bath & shower over. Private entrance, parking for 1 car and outside dining area.

The Schoolroom @ Barbrook

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. The property has its own access to the Lynway which is part of the Two Moors Way and is a lovely footpath to Lynton ,only a ten minute walk away. It has a fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom. Sunny in summer and super cosy in winter.

Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from two good Pubs, The Staghunters Inn & The Rockford Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet - The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! The Old Chippy Flat

Lovely newly refurbished flat in the centre of Lynton. You have all you need in one location while offering a beautiful Town view from the balcony. The property is near all the restaurants and cafes, only a few seconds from the door, and if you do fancy a nice drink out, there is a cracking pub just opposite. The walks from here are great too, only a few yards and you have hit the coast line of the Valley Of Rocks, just keen an eye out for the goats.
