Everything is within walking distance, such as Tivoli, Strøget, Torvehallerne, with its large selection of food, wine and generally just a good atmosphere of people from Denmark and a lot of tourists. The apartment itself exudes personality and functions as a private home, where you are in direct contact with people who either walk or cycle by and not least the many runners who use the lakes as a breathing space for their exercise.

Centralt beliggende i Lyngby, med kort afstand til Lyngby Sø, DTU, Lyngby centrum og kun 5 min til toget, hvorfra det tager 15 min. til Købehavn. Fantastik udsigt fra altanen på 7. sal (elevator). Lejligheden indeholder stort soveværelse med dobbeltseng og massere af skabsplads, stue med god sovesofa til 2 voksne, dejligt køkken-alrum med nyt hvidt køkken, og ikke mindst dejlig altan med udsigt over de grønneområder omkring Lyngby og Bagsværd Sø. Lejligheden egner sig ikke til mindre børn.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Nydningen finder sted på landet, fyldt med natur og god udsigt direkte ud over Arresø. Den Sorte Cottage + Orangeri

Udlejning fra 1. april - 31. oktober. Den Sorte Cottage med orangeri er en del af den historiske ejendom Skippergaarden, Fabersvej 2c, i det gamle Gilleleje. Skippergaarden er fra 1797, bygget af vraggods fra en ostindienfarer, der forliste udenfor Gilleleje i 1797 (sidste renovering 2003/4), og Den Sorte Cottage er fra 1892, da landliggerbegrebet opstod (sidste renovering 2019/20). Orangeriet er fra 2009. Her er wi-fi og parkering.

Airport os one hour away with public transport.
