The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!

700sq 1 bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor. Very cozy, private entrance and parking space. Queen size bed, a sofa sleeper, country setting, very quite, outdoor patio. The unit is above my work studio which I use when I get the time to tinker with a project. Very safe place. Less than 1 mile from the Metra train station. 20-25 minutes to O'Hare. Close to shopping. Neighboring towns Schaumburg, Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, Carol Stream, Bartlett, Elgin, Streamwood.

Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. I set checkout at 11am (text me if you need late checkout). The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place, 12 minutes from o’Hare airport and 20 minutes from downtown, dunning pour house is a nice bar&restaurant just 2 buildings down from the place, which is nice you don’t have to drive or look for parking, there is a park across the street also walking distance and couple of grocery and liquor stores plus a dry cleaner also walking distance!
