Renovated, Derby/bourbon themed rustic farmhouse. Fabulous location, just steps away from 6 night clubs and over 40 restaurants. It's rated for 16 guests and has 6 bedrooms with 9 beds and 4 pull out couches (and 4 baths). In the finished lower level there is foosball, e-pinball, a multigame and a home theatre where the kids can fall asleep to a movie. FYI there is a no cancellation policy for Derby, LTL & Bourbon & Beyond concerts.
