Relax in this contemporary rural bungalow on the forest and close to the sea. Walk out onto the New Forest, enjoy the scenic garden looking over fields packed with wildlife, or enjoy cycling along quiet lanes amongst grazing ponies, donkeys and cattle. Two good pubs are within 1.5 miles in either direction and the historic towns of Beaulieu and Lymington are 3 miles and 4.5 miles respectively away. The quaint historic shipyard of Bucklers Hard nearby has a museum, pub and marina. IOW close too.

'The Loft' is situated in Emery Down, a beautiful village in the heart of the New Forest where livestock roams free. This welcoming newly refurbished apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen and access to a pretty garden space - perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Walking and cycle routes (and a popular pub) can be reached in moments, local amenities are within walking distance in the forest’s capital Lyndhurst and sandy beaches are a short drive away. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious ancient dovecote in a gorgeous peaceful countryside setting, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Private heated swimming pool available in summer. Upstairs there is a luxurious super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV and downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Lovely walks from the door and close to Salisbury, Longleat, Stonehenge and Bath

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Bentley Cottage

Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. The New Forest is great for walking and on/off road cycling. Welcome pack provided. Wifi available. Free to use 7kW Type 2 EV charger provided.

The Old Dairy in the New Forest

The Old Dairy is a quaint studio cottage in the New Forest. The one bedroom studio was once the old parlor room for the dairy. With lots of original features such as the old brick chimney breast and wooden beams. This is perfect for a couple who want to come away to explore the forest for a few days. Equipped with a kitchenette for small meals with fridge microwave and single induction hob it also has a shower room. Set on our 70 acre farm which you can explore with fresh farm eggs daily.

Our place is an amazing Bolthole, set in the North of the New Forest national park, only 20 mins drive from Winchester. A home from home, with all the creature comforts you could wish for. It makes a perfect base to explore the Forest and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of life with plenty to discover then look no further. The Bothy is Immersed in the beauty and tranquility of the forest with ponies and donkeys grazing nearby.

There is so much to see and do in the local area - whether walks in the New Forest, visiting towns and villages such as Beaulieu and Brockenhurst or enjoying the sea and coastline. The Isle of Wight can be accessed from Lymington Ferry Terminal and makes a great day trip.

This self-contained house is set in the boundaries of the New Forest National Park. New Forest ponies, cattle and deer roam freely by the property. Windows look out onto the forest at the front and the beautiful garden at the rear. The property is not overlooked. The property has recently been decorated and furnished, and comes fully equipped. Guests enjoy their own private patio and garden, accessed through double doors from the living room or a private gate.
