Court Farm Cottage 'Elsewhere'

Absolute and Elsewhere are two adjoining cottages created from a recently restored Grade 2 listed farm building on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Lullington. There are 24 houses, a 12th century church, no street lights and footpaths through open countryside in every direction. The village adjoins the Orchardleigh Estate - a popular wedding venue, 3 miles from the market town of Frome and 12 miles from the cultural centre of Bath. Longleat is about 15 minutes away, Stonehenge about half an hour.

It's a 20 min drive to the UNESCO world heritage city of Bath & 6 mins to the beautiful town of Bradford on Avon with its canals, rivers & station. Enjoy a complimentary homemade cream tea, freshly baked bread & seasonal cocktails on arrival.

A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. Country Cottage in a quiet rural setting

Welcome to Littlebarn, situated just outside the beautiful market town of Frome, on the Somerset border, only 14 miles from Bath. Littlebarn has a generous living area with well stocked kitchen, lounge and bathroom, all on the ground floor. A double sofabed will easily sleep 2. This leaves the whole of the top floor as a light, airy bedroom with a kingsize bed. Huge Velux windows frame the view over the hill and field behind. Parking outside for 1 car (more if needed). High speed internet.

Grade 2 listed Converted Stables

The Stables form part of the original outbuildings to the Grade II listed Park Farm House. They were completely restored and converted into a delightful holiday home during the course of 2019. Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Lullington the stables are set within a private courtyard to the rear of the house where we run a small but exclusive B&B. Lullington is only a short drive from the much sought after town of Frome, whilst also only being 10 miles from Bath.

Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Just a short drive to attractions like Longleat, Stonehenge and Centre Parks. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. 400 year old self-contained cottage (built in 1590 according to the plaque on the wall) in Mells, one of the most unspoiled villages in the west. Lovely stone architecture, historic buildings, blissful countryside and 3 min walk from our awarding-winning village pub The Talbot Arms. Close to Bath, Wells, Glastonbury, Lacock (Potter fans) Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. Easy drive to Cotswolds, the Dorset coast, Wales and Wye Valley.
