Welcome to our cozy 3-bed, 1-bath retreat in beautiful Frankfort, Mi! Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

About 4 blocks from downtown- walk/bike to Lake Michigan, restaurants, breweries, etc. Short drive to Ludington State Park, Pentwater, and Silver Lake. WIFI, Roku, bedding, towels, Coffee maker for both pods or standard pot, crockpot, & more.

Our home is a 1900’s historic beauty with modern updates (we love air conditioning ;). We're just blocks to the sandy beach, lighthouse, restaurants, and downtown Manistee. All rooms are on the main floor. Guests have exclusive access to enjoy the house, large backyard w/firepit and grill, and games in partial basement. *Note: The entire house has a separate one-bedroom apartment upstairs with a separate entrance & deck available for booking. This cottage has a lot to offer whether you enjoy fishing/hiking/kayaking/boating/mountain biking. 2 kayaks included/dock access. Nestled on the banks of the Croton Dam Pond this is a great place to get away and create awesome memories with friends & family. Within 5 miles of the Croton Dam, Hardy Dam, Newaygo State Park, and the Dragon Trailhead.
