This artful digs is walkable to countless bars, restaurants, parks, boutiques, and nightlife destinations, making it an ideal and convenient getaway. Enjoy the backyard, cozy up near the backyard fire, explore Indianapolis museums, sightsee on bike, get your city fix, and fire up your late night plans. Pack your bags, this is it.

There’s no better place to explore downtown Indy than our stylish condo in the heart of it all. We have free parking on site, but you won’t need your car! Step outside the front door and make your way to the vibrant entertaining and dining options of Mass Ave and The Bottleworks District, or stroll the historic cobblestone streets of Lockerbie. Wineries, breweries, coffee shops, antique dealers and entertainment venues are all minutes away. At night, you’ll enjoy the sparkling skyline view.

We are so excited to share our historic home with you! We are minutes from downtown and walking distance to great restaurants, a brewery, coffee shop and ice cream shop. One of our favorite spaces is the front porch, it's a great place to relax! If you head out back you can enjoy our hot tub and fire pit. Our home has lots of character but please remember, it's very old! : ) The house has some squeaks and the floors show wear but we think you will find it a great place to create memories!

I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy!

If you want to stay within the neighborhood, this house offers a backyard that is ready for entertainment and is only a few blocks away from Fletcher Place and Fountain Square's unlimited number of unique restaurants, a vintage bowling alley, and much more!

Live Like a Local - Walk/Bike Downtown Indy!

Historic townhouse with free street & garage parking. Available for long-term stays! Close to Mass Ave/Bottleworks, Old National, Convention Center, Gainbridge, Lucas Oil and more. Can sleep up to 4 guests. Also, I live in the adjoining townhouse. Please note, Airbnb has shifted pricing structures so all service fees are included in the nightly price. In terms of what I earn, my nightly price has only increased $15 over 6 years.
