Pondarosa - 2 bedroom barn conversion

A bright and airy two bedroom barn conversation with exposed beams on the side of our family home on the outskirts of Holcombe Village in Radstock. With parking outside the door and being on one level with widened internal doors, the accommodation is suitable for all abilities. The first of two bedrooms has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The bathroom has a walk in shower, towels provided. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area and small patio area just outside patio door

This delightful rural property sits in its own grounds 3 miles from Frome. The rooms are light and spacious with en-suite bathrooms, a wood burning fire in the sitting room, with a unique kitchen that was once a cookery school. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. Enjoy fresh eggs from our hens and warm your evenings with the wood-burning stove.

Full kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. King size bed and underfloor heating through out. Situated in the quiet hamlet of Edford, Holcombe is 30 minutes away from Bath, 20 minutes from Wells and Glastonbury, 10 minutes from Shepton Mallet and Frome.
