A great base for exploring beautiful Somerset, Bath, Wells and within easy reach of Bruton (Hauser and Wirth, restaurants, etc) Babington House, The Newt (gardens and restaurant), Longleat, Stourhead, charming villages and good pubs.

Simple & stylish 1 bedroom stay in Chilcompton with en-suite, hot tub and games room including pool table. Sole and exclusive use of hot tub and games room without time restrictions. Note- During periods of high winds the privacy screens will not be permanently erected however privacy and security is guaranteed and unaffected. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac. Designated parking with private entrance. Local shops and country pubs (The Reddan and The Wagon) in walking distance and highly recommended.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Stables @ Hamiltons

The Stables is a tasteful, recently converted former stables and open barn that was built in 1979 on the site of the original 1850 Victorian Coach house, that was demolished in 1960. Situated within the grounds of our home “Hamiltons”, a former Victorian vicarage. Positioned at the top of “Jack and Jill” hill, this private, self contained accommodation has wonderful views out over the garden and across the valley to the village of Kilmersdon and the woods of Babington House beyond.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Great footpaths to explore the countryside, you need a car to make the most of your stay. Maximum of two guests Check in from 4pm

Longleat, Bruton with Hauser & Wirth Gallery & the Newt Garden/restaurant close by & Bath 20 mins drive. Please note we do have facilities for babies.
