The property sits above one of Jersey's most beautiful valley and being centrally located in the Island it offers an idyllic peaceful retreat. Downstairs provides a fully equipped kitchen/living area whilst upstairs boasts a spacious bedroom with king sized bed & en-suite bathroom. There is also parking on site.

Vous disposerez de sa grande terrasse bien exposée avec son mobilier d'extérieur, d'une pièce de vie spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante ainsi que de trois chambres ( ch 1 lit 160x200, ch2 lit 140x190, ch3 2 lits 90x190)d'une salle d'eau et d'un espace buanderie avec lave -linge et sèche-linge)

Au coeur de la campagne normande, à seulement 7 kilomètres des plages du débarquement, ce gîte de charme peut acceuillir jusqu'à 8 personnes dans une ancienne ferme datant de 1618, entièrement rénovée avec soin. Entourée d'herbages, la maison offre un cadre paisible et authentique . A l'intérieur, le confort moderne se mêle au cachet de la pierre . Le gîte dispose d'une piscine intétieure de 15 mètres, chauffée à 29 degrès toute l'année, pour des moments de détente en toute saison.

La situation est idéale pour découvrir la baie du Mont Saint Michel (10 min du parking du Mont St Michel, 20 min de Dol de Bretagne, 35 min de Saint Malo, de Cancale et des plages)

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
