Updated amenities and warm oak (even squeaky hardwood floors) blend to give you breathing room from the hustle and bustle of city living. Relax in the garden, enjoy coffee in the river room, nap on the sofa. Gorgeous drives to fine restaurants, bike trails, golf, skiing. Kayak down the Flat River or visit FMG!

Cabin in the Woods

35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Cozy Suite 10 min to Grand Rapids, 1 mi to Tanger

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Stunning Duplex 15 min. to GR, in nature near Ada

This classic 1-bedroom 1-bathroom spacious apartment is conveniently located off M-21 within minutes of Grand Rapids while resting upon the Grand River out back. Enjoy the peace of nature with the convenience of the city right down the road. The charming downtown Ada is right down the road with several shops and great restaurants to enjoy! The Riverlands Roadside Motel has 2 duplicate units, so please reach out if you're looking for an option with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!

Fun & cozy apartment in downtown Rockford

Enjoy staying in a stylish apartment that’s walking distance to downtown Rockford, the Rockford dam and only 5 minutes to the highway! Apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need. But if you’d rather get out and explore, you are steps from the charming downtown Rockford full of shops, restaurants and activities. Bedroom has a king size bed. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. There is also a small patio set on the front porch to use.

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Peaceful Getaways, River Edge Guest House

The entire house is available for a COUPLE to enjoy a getaway or for 1-4 ADULT guests who are in the area for work, visiting family/ friends, traveling through or vacationing in the Lowell or Grand Rapids area. Our cozy, 3 bedroom, 1880's farm house is the perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in a beautiful natural setting surrounded by forests and prairie grasses on the Flat River just a mile from the quaint town of Lowell. We have welcomed guests since 2013.

Centrally located for antique shopping in Ionia, Lowell, Lake Odessa and Portland. You might also enjoy a walking tour of beautiful, historic Ionia.

Feel good about reducing your carbon footprint while you enjoy this efficient, yet spacious and bright living space. The large kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. Room for over a dozen dinner guests makes this an ideal spot for both entertaining and relaxing during your stay.

Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting. We have hiking trails around the woods and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat! We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area. The entire lower level is set up as a private space for you to enjoy.
