PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This unique, luxurious, completely renovated Austro-Hungarian Villa in a prime location in the center of Lovran, within walking distance of all amenities. Private parking for one vehicle included in the price of stay, with the option of charging with electricity. The apartment is luxuriously equipped with all the necessary equipment, a heat pump for heating and cooling, a heat pump for floor heating and preparation of sanitary water. All equipment is brand new.

Studio-apartament Relax

It is located in the center of Opatija and very close to the sea as well as all tourist attractions.There is a kitchen,toilet and a comfortable pull-out bed. Entrance door from the apartment is shared with the owner (we share the main hallway) but each apartment has a separate entrance.Considering that the window from the apartment is faicing to the staircase, there is not a lot of daylight, but the apartment has an exit to the yard which you can use.

PEACEFUL APARTMENT IN LOVRAN *NEAR CENTER BEACH*

Nice and comfortable apartment , close to the sea and beaches (only 5 minutes on foot). It contains one bedroom (one double bed) and one sofa for one person, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony. The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The bus station, supermarket, shops, restaurants, pubs and all the city's sights are within a 5-10 minute walking distance. 1 minute (100m) from the house is free public parking.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
