Welcome to this tastefully restored pre-famine cottage. Located in the scenic Arigna Valley, this house is perfect for those seeking to experience traditional Ireland in a rural setting. Close to Drumshanbo, Sligo, Carrick 0n Shannon and Arigna; there are numerous historical attractions and walking trails at the doorstep. It is located behind our house in the back garden but your privacy is always respected. Ideally located in the picturesque town of Boyle with only a 3 minute walk from shops, restaurants and friendly local pubs. Located 5km from the stunning Lough Key Forest Park facility. Boyle has many attractions like the Abbey and King House.

The Hobbit House - Unique Quirky Grass Roof House

The Hobbit House is set within an orchard along side 3 yurts. Its grass roof and quirky round door entrance are reminiscent of The Hobbit. The Hobbit House sleeps up to 6. There are two handcrafted King size beds (which can also sleep as four singles) for a friends getaway. It also sleeps two singles, so is perfect for large families. A travel cot can also be provided on request. Private dry composting toilet and hot outdoor shower for those staying in The Hobbit House.

Kitty’s Cottage is located in the heart of Ballinamore town. What was once an old railway cottage has been lovingly restored into a modern and comfortable space to relax and unwind with family or friends. Plenty of dining places and pubs to choose from in and around the town. You can go hill walking on the beautiful Sliabh an Iarainn mountain close by. Try Western style riding in the Equestrian Centre, Drumcoura City, go fishing, play golf in the local golf course.
