The Carriage Inn - The Sunrise Room

The Carriage Inn Bed & Breakfast: Relax in our Historic Inn in Charles Town, WV and enjoy Harper's Ferry and numerous things to do including Rafting, Tubing, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Visit Battlefields & Wineries. While staying with us, you'll be surrounded by some of the most historically significant locations in American history: Harpers Ferry, Antietam, Charles Town, & our own inn (The Carriage Inn is on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Jefferson County Historical Landmark).

The Cottage at Dunthorpe Farm

The Cottage is a restored wagon barn nestled against the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll enjoy quality, comfort, quietude, and pastoral views. We are a fully licensed and inspected B&B on a 1790's farm in rural Loudoun County VA. Each morning you are treated to a continental breakfast of fresh pastry, fruit sourced from local farms, and homemade jams which we quietly deliver by 7:30 unless otherwise requested. Note that the base price is for 1-2 people. Guests 3 and 4 have additional fees.

The depictured room is a suite with king bed in the main room and sofa bed in the common room that also can serve as office. Over 20 wineries around. 50-minute drive from Washington, DC. 25 miles to Dulles airport. Restaurants, malls, Casino. Lots of space! Internet and cable TV. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, views, and location. My place is good for couples and business travelers.

Our historic, double-story cabin is fully restored but retains its rustic character. Downstairs you’ll find a cozy living room and kitchenette. Upstairs, a queen bed and a bathroom with shower await. Look out on our rolling pastures from the comfort of the covered deck and immerse yourself in the idyllic setting of our 558 acre conservation reserve and regenerative farm. You can enjoy fantastic hiking, explore wineries, charming rural towns and much more close by!
