Entspanne dich in unserem urigen Loft in der Voralpenregion Österreichs. Die liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub am Land braucht. Der große Essbereich lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein nach einem Tag in der Natur ein. In der kleinen Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Herdplatte kann man sich einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Die Dusche erfrischt nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag, denn die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl an Outdooraktivitäten.

Am Rand von Steyrling liegt die Wohnung mit Platz für 2 Erwachsene. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, über Waschtrockner, Geschirrspüler, Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab, Sauna..Steyrling liegt in einem ruhigen Tal und ist von Bergen umgeben. Zum Stausee 5 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt direkt unter dem Haus vorbei. Im Sommer, bei Niedrigwasser gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und Möglichkeiten sich zu erfrischen+ Wasserfall. Gasthaus und Dorfladen 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

Public pool, hiking trails, cycling routes, and other activities nearby. The sunny apartment, renovated in 2025, offers 72 m² of comfort for 2–4 guests and is fully equipped. A fifth bed can be added if needed. Washing machine in the basement is available for shared use. Not available for contractor groups.

In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und der Stadtkern mit der wunderschönen Altstadt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

The old town of Steyr can be reached on foot in 40 minutes (5 minutes by car) and the famous pilgrimage site of Christkindl and the beautiful Unterhimmler Auen in 10 minutes, or simply relax by the pool in the sheltered courtyard.

Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.
