Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. The unit includes large counter kitchen with mini refrigerator, KEURIG coffeemaker, microwave, Hot-plate and fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots & pans. The house has central Air condition/heater, free Wifi, 50” wall mounted TV with DirecTV, Apple-TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Easy access from the side of the house, through a very spacious well-lit walkway with outside sitting area and private keyless entrance (code provided by owner). Located on the westside of LA, Cheviot Hills is a quiet, centrally located neighborhood close to Century City, Beverly Hills, Westwood, and Culver City. Within walking distance to the Metro, for easy access to Santa Monica, Venice, USC, UCLA, and Downtown. Located within walking distance (1 mile) to Fox Studios and Metro Expo line for a quick ride to Downtown LA, USC and Santa Monica. • We have two adult dogs and occasional barking may occur.
