Vila Marta je luksuzna planinska kuća smeštajnog kapaciteta 6 osoba. Poseduje podno grejanje i kamin peć kao alternativu ili za posebnu atmosferu. U glavnoj spavaćoj sobi iz koje se pruža fantastican pogled ka planini Javor, se nalazi veliki bračni ležaj. U drugoj spavaćoj sobi su dva kreveta 90x200, od kojih se takodje može napraviti bračni ležaj. Ove dve sobe su na spratu kuće, a kroz krovne prozore iz istih se pruža pogled ka planini Mučanj.
