The house is a newly renovated 1924 mediterranean home with garden + backyard guest entrance.The guest apartment includes the entire garden -level (windows all around) basement sharing the back entrance. There is no door separating the space, only a back staircase.Two bedrooms, one queen and one w/double +twin bunk beds, private hallway bathroom, Laundry w/washer+dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator +microwave.
