Understanding the importance of a good night's sleep to fully enjoy your vacation, we provide high-quality viscoelastic foam in all bedrooms, including pillows and mattresses. The house currently has high-speed fiber optic internet (1 Gb/s). The tranquil atmosphere is unique on the island, as the house is located in a quiet rural area with quick and easy access and beautiful views of Puig de Randa and La Bruixa. The road and path leading to the house are paved and in perfect condition. The city of Palma is just a 20-minute drive away, and the vast, unspoiled, and idyllic Es Trenc beach is only 15 minutes away, offering stunning views of the Cabrera Archipelago Nature Reserve. Enjoy a The Sub or classic beer tap with a wide selection of brands. There's a fantastic built-in outdoor barbecue, a chill-out area, and a picnic area with a relaxation zone at the rear of the property. Since the entire house is on one level, it's especially suitable for people with disabilities. For guests' use, and completely free of charge, the house always provides all kinds of cleaning products: hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper, and kitchen roll. Mosquito repellents and additional fans in each room are also provided. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.
