Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. Spotted Sheep Farms is located on 8 private acres and features two separate properties.
