Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. Located right by Real Ale Brewery just 2 miles from downtown Blanco with restaurants, shopping, and Blanco State Park. Austin and San Antonio are also easily accessible by car.

The Ranch Guest House is a private adobe home positioned on a working ranch in the beautiful Texas hill country. Just a couple miles outside of Burnet we’re close enough to make a quick trip to town and just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful countryside. The Guest House is located on a small hilltop overlooking cattle grazing land giving us amazing sunrises and sunsets to enjoy as well as plenty of wildlife. Historical Fredericksburg is a scenic 20 minute drive and after a day of wine tours, shopping or hiking, the cabins’ 66” Copper Tub will be waiting for a relaxing bath. Nature awaits behind the private security gates for taking a leisurely walk on the half mile “driveway” or venture out on country roads and enjoy the wildlife.

Spotted Sheep Farms is located on 8 private acres and features two separate properties. The Villa at Spotted Sheep Farms, an Italian style 1,800 square foot home with beautiful finishes and a luxurious huge master suite. The property is home to animals and wild life including alpacas, miniature donkeys, and of course, spotted sheep! It’s perfect for a getaway, relaxing, enjoying some of Texas' best wineries, Fredericksburg shopping and the quiet evening in the hot tub.
