Stabl Y Felin - a unique, eco stable conversion

Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. A peaceful, rustic, village getaway in the hills, 4 miles from the coast.

A light and spacious, fully contained open plan apartment with separate walk in shower and WC. Kitchen and dining/breakfast bar with small lounge seating area and tv. Entirely your own private space near quiet friendly seaside town. Private parking with steps to access entrance into the building, situated over owners double garage. Outside table, and chairs. Key safe entrance into apartment. Bedroom with luxurious double size bed, bedside drawer units, and large fitted wardrobe and wall mirror.

Private Guest Suite in Caerwedros

Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

Set on a quiet back lane, and with no near neighbours, this 1 bedroomed stone built cottage, perfect for 2, but can sleep up to 5 people (with the communal spaces). Fully modernised and sympathetically restored with a wood burner, TV, modern bathroom and outside patio and garden space. Enjoy the utter peace and tranquility of the cottage and its surroundings and use it as a base to explore the local Cardigan Bay area, with its beautiful beaches and seaside towns and villages. Dogs are welcome

New Quay flat with private parking 5 mins to sea

Situated in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay with long sandy beaches and stunning costal path walks, this charming 3 bedroom 1st floor maisonette is just a 5 minute walk from the beach & harbour. Perfect for families or romantic getaways, and a fantastic base for exploring the area. Dolphins are often spotted from the harbour. Sleeping up to 6 people, it has a lovely open plan kitchen/dining area, a wood burning stove for those colder evenings & garage parking for 2 cars nearby.

Traditional Coastal Farmhouse Nr Aberaeron

Ffyllon Fawr is a south facing farmhouse built in the 1890's and has been sympathetically renovated and modernised recently. N.B To allow us to offer a reduced booking cost for a smaller number of guests bedrooms not requested and booked for are secured. The farmhouse is for the exclusive use of your group and not shared with other guests. The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the open countryside. A patio area to the side leads onto a sloping lawn.

Stowaway on the cliff!

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.

Cwtch Y Wennol - Romantic Cottage in West Wales

Cwtch Y Wennol is a beautiful newly converted one bedroom stone-built cottage, situated at the end of a quiet winding lane with picturesque views of fields and woodland. This luxury cottage is just 3 miles from the market town Cardigan, and 5 miles from the beautiful sandy West Wales beaches and Pembrokeshire coastal path. The enclosed private garden with outdoor seating and BBQ, exposed beams and cosy log-burner make this the perfect year-round retreat.

Unique self contained studio for two adults only

Studio accommodation part of a detached garage in private location with views over village and locality. Accommodation benefits from a compact fully equipped kitchen with an en-suite bedroom. Enjoy wifi access, television, and free tea and coffee. This is a loft space so head height restricted in certain places. Very tall prospective guests please take this into consideration before booking. Car parking, and access to pool table, and table tennis table.

Cosy cabin & small garden, 1.5 miles to the beach

Situated on a quiet road in between the sea side town of New Quay and Llanarth, our cabin is close enough to be by the sea in 5 minutes but without the crowds. The Cabin is situated at the end of our drive, with it's own parking area and a small private garden offering a sea view and is the perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset in peace and quiet. Inside, the cabin offers a living space perfect for a couples retreat to get away and unwind.

Wildernest - Ty Twt

Ty Twt - neat and cosy - is part of Wildernest, a haven set in the coastal hills above the delightful Aeron Valley. Sleeping is in the croglofft, above the kitchen-living space, with the 2nd bedroom and the shower room at ground level; underfloor heating and log burner. It can sleep 4 but we say 3 people comfortably. Hence, there's no charge for a fourth person. If you need the second bed to be made up please enter 3 (or 4) guests.
