Birdhouse on the Lake is located on 39 wooded acres on Lake Livingston! You have wonderful lake sunset views, woods to explore, and space to make memories and relax! The entire house was remodeled in Fall of 2021! A new AC unit was installed as well. The house has a game room, outdoor yard games, and a fire pit! Enjoy this beautiful waterfront home on Lake Livingston for your next family getaway. Located in the gated subdivision of Cape Royale, you can relax on the multi-level private back deck, the dock, or just take in the views from the living room. We love it here, and we want you to love it too, so you'll have full use of our kitchen, living room with a vaulted ceiling, master suite and two additional bedrooms. Amenities include floaties (big and small), and pedestal fans on the deck and dock.

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Outdoor space is a highlight of this property, as it is right on the lakefront with direct access to the waterfront. The house features a backyard and a front yard, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Outdoor furniture is provided for your comfort and relaxation. An outdoor griller is also available, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking and dining. Please note that the rental has a charging 50 amp plug for electric cars outside the house.
