Guadalupe cottage

The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

La Casa Magnolia w/ Pool & Karaoke!

This is a lovely home in a quiet safe neighborhood, near major highways. Close to San Antonio International Airport and only 11 miles away to Downtown. Central to other attractions. The house offers a full kitchen, good size pool, karaoke machine, downstairs bedroom/bath. Free parking in the garage way. Has a great backyard and a charcoal grill. Sleeps 8 , has a pack& play, high chair for kids. Please take note this is not a PARTY PLACE. We can enforce the law if you violate this house rule.

The property is 2.5 acres and is adjacent to the park.
