Farmhouse on Fulton is a duplex located in the heart of the village of Homer, NY. Just a few blocks from the Center 4 the Arts, the village green, school playground, restaurants, bakeries, the library, and a few lovely local shops. Homer is a picturesque village taken right out of a Hallmark movie. Two miles from Cortland and a short drive to Ithaca, Syracuse, easy access to I-81, the Finger Lakes Region, local breweries and wineries, 3 different ski resorts, indoor waterpark, golf courses.

Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.

Relax at this private waterfront cottage on beautiful Green Lake in Tully! Cottage sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms plus a loft, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a grill! Relax on the deck or dock! Lake is very clean and great for swimming, fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding! To access the cottage you will walk down a gravel trail from the parking area. There is private parking, but you cannot pull a vehicle up directly to the door of the cottage. Firm NO pets policy.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Seasonal from April 1 to October 30, depending on weather. Has 3 slide outs. Fire pit available. No smoking INSIDE camper. Close to Interstate 81, Syracuse, Binghamton, Ithaca, and points North and South. Local restaurants, summer theater, shopping, SUNY Cortland, Cornell University, Ithaca College, TC3, etc.

The studio is secluded and quiet, yet, 20 minutes from shops and restaurants in lovely Skaneateles. The city of Ithaca is only 35 minutes away. The city of Syracuse is 40 minutes away. Enjoy the large private pond and beach on the property or the breweries and wineries of the surrounding finger lakes.
