Located on a high-bank of the Muskegon River with spectacular views of the river valley, this newly remodeled cabin will give you the getaway you are looking for. You are minutes from boat launches to fish, kayak, or canoe the Muskegon River, Croton or Hardy Pond. The North Country Trail and the new 40-mile Dragon Trail are less than 15 minutes away for hiking and biking enthusiasts. Enjoy beautiful views and peaceful relaxation at the River Valley View cabin. Weekly/monthly rates available.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

In the summer, access a detached bunkhouse, blackstone grill, and plenty of outdoor seating! Explore biking and hiking the White Pine Trail or enjoy ORV trails. Big Rapids is a 25 min drive for restaurants, groceries, & breweries. Plenty of amazing day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Caberfae, and Lake Michigan!

Relax on the 3 season porch and view amazing sunsets from beautiful Big Whitefish Lake, a 550 acre all seasons sports lake. Close to 2 golf courses, Pilgrims Run and Whitefish Lake Golf & Grill. Nearby public boat launch for easy access to fishing and boating is less than a 5 minute drive away. The cottage is not on the lake so the only access to swimming is from your boat. No smoking and no pets please.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

This immaculate cottage is only 25 minutes from Greenville and 35-45 minutes from Grand Rapids and Rockford.

This small space has everything you need including; stocked kitchen, walk-in closet, sectional sofa and big screen T.V Enjoy your own private patio and separate entrance. Close to 131 highway, Hardy Dam, Dragon Trail, restaurants and more. We live on site, but our home is completely separate from guest house.
