Spacious cottage on Lake Charlevoix that has been completely remodeled! The cottage shares a large, 1-acre property with a house that is listed separately. Both can be rented together. One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

The covered porch and patio with grill and fire pit are a great place to relax day and night. Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, you are only 3 blocks to the best restaurants and bars downtown and just 2 blocks from the best public beach in the city. The perfect getaway! A peaceful experience for families who appreciate the simple things of life - like nature, a good book and music! Located in a peaceful neighborhood right near the Tunnel of Trees, Pond Hill Farm, near downtown Harbor Springs, 8 minutes to Boyne Highlands and other top northern Michigan attractions. 😄 Please read before booking: During the severe ice storm in April a tree went through our hot tub, and we are doing our best to replace it. It is currently unavailable.

Gorgeous Getaway! 2 Queens/2 Fold-up twins.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept pets ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed. Please see “other things” for a list. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!
