1 Bedroom Annex Retreat - on a working farm

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). We are surrounded by wildlife, please look at other details for a list of birds an Ornithologist spotted

The Studio provides a cosy, quiet escape for one or two people, in a pretty Yorkshire village with a 2 minute walk to an award winning Pub. It is self contained and benefits from it's own private entrance with key safe, off street parking, king sized bed, sofa seating and dining/work area, TV, good WiFi connection, modern shower room and access to a large garden. 15mins drive from the historic market towns of Northallerton and Richmond and close to the Dales and the Moors, Harrogate and York.

Spinney Cottage, Pateley Bridge

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

A tranquil place you won’t want to leave. Catton Hall is a grand Victorian property full of character with two beautiful bedrooms, a drawing room, dining room and kitchen. Enjoy a cosy night in front of the open fire, under the stars by the Haha or snuggled in your private woodland. Breakfast in our bright rustic kitchen or at ‘The Shack’, our on-site cafe. A large open plan living area with kitchen and large island and beautiful views over open countryside. Ground floor is fully under floor heated, with a separate second lounge area, separate utility room and downstairs shower room. The market town of Northallerton is 5 minutes drive away with a vibrant high street with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, cinema, supermarkets and a train station.

Ideally placed for the polar express trains. The cottage has two bedrooms one with kingsize zip and link bed and one with two single beds. No smoking/Vaping No pets allowed

This modern one bedroom annexe, located just off the High Street in Catterick, offers a peaceful country retreat with easy access to all the amenities of the village (Pub, Co-op, Fish n Chips, Chinese, etc) less than a five minute walk away. The village is between junctions 52 & 53 off the A1M and is immediately accessible for Catterick Racecourse, Catterick Garrison and Richmond. Just 20 mins drive from Northallerton and Darlington.
