We only stayed one night at Francesca’s apartment, but it was enough to feel how special and welcoming she is. From the very first message, she was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything easy for us. You can feel how much care she puts into every detail — not just in the apartment, but also in how she treats her guests. The place is full of light, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean. The balcony with sea view was such a gift — we sat there just taking in the sound of the waves and feeling completely relaxed. Even for a short stay, it felt like a peaceful escape. We had time to rent bikes and cycle along the coast to Marina di San Vito, which was absolutely beautiful — an easy, scenic ride that we would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Thank you again, Francesca, for your warmth and hospitality — it was short but sweet, and we truly hope to come back one day for a longer stay!

Marco war stets digital schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Haus ist wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und nah am Meer - es sind tatsächlich nur 500 Meter, allerdings auch ca 50 Höhenmeter, was es zu Fuß und mit dem Rd ordentlich anstrengend macht. Die Gegend war Anfang Oktober schon sehr Nachsaison - unter der Woche hat praktisch nichts mehr offen, weshalb ich zu der Zeit lieber in eine etwas belebtere Gegend fahren würde, weil man für jeden Einkauf, Restaurant- oder auch nur Café-Besuch das Auto brauchte und die Zufahrt zum Haus war schon immer etwas mühsam. Im Sommer aber sicher toll dort mit vielen Stränden in der Nähe! Super fanden wir auch den Adria-Rdweg, den wir in beide Richtungen genossen haben.

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

Wir waren Mitte April für 4 Nächte Gast bei Daniela (2 Personen). Gestartet mit einer umwerfend herzlichen Begrüssung beim check-in zog sich ihr Service durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Nachfragen ob alles ok ist und Kümmern bei Anliegen. Charmante und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft - nicht zu viel 'Schnick-Schnack' und nicht so steril-modern, einfach genau unser Geschmack. Sehr sauber. Super zentral gelegen und doch etwas abseits der "Hauptmeile". Die Stadt/Promenade lässt sich gut zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder mit Bus erkunden. Alles in allem: einladend und lebensfroh -> perfekt, um (vom Alltag) abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Wir kommen wieder :)

Het was een bijzonder prettig huis qua sfeer en qua inrichting. De inrichting was heel volledig en met leuke kleine persoonlijke details. Heel smaakvol en licht.

Für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt, die Kids waren froh um das schnelle WLAN. Perfekte Lage und alles ist in Gehdistanz zu erreichen - Bäcker, Lebensmittelgeschäft, sehr feine Gelateria und diverse Restaurants. Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt, obwohl in Italien ein Feiertag war.

grazie per la meravigliosa accoglienza che ho ricevuto da Alessandro e Drusiana. all'interno della casa ho trovato tutti i comfort, casa accogliente e ben organizzata. ottim dolci fatti a mano per la colazione e non solo. Un grande saluto ci vediamo presto!

Io,mio marito e i miei 2 figli,siamo stati ospiti di Graziella solo per una notte,ma sicuramente ci ritorneremo.Da subito abbiamo avuto la sensazione di sentirci a casa, luogo stupendo e tranquillo(I miei figli hanno avuto possibilità di godersi per qualche ora il giardino, giocando con i gattini e con i giochi presenti) L' alloggio era pulito, ordinato e con il necessario per il soggiorno di una notte.Graziella è stata una bravissima host,ci ha accolto con una semplicità e solarità facendoci sentire di famiglia,poi a fine soggiorno ci ha fatto dono di una buonissima bottiglia di vino di loro produzione. Se cercate un luogo tranquillo,rilassante e dove soggiornare per visitare le zone circostanti lo consiglio vivamente.
