Christo’s was a wonderful host with fast communication. Easy checkin with a keybox. The apartment is simple but very comfortable with a side view of the water. It’s so nice listening to the ocean while you sleep. I’ll be back for sure.

Am avut parte de o experiență minunată la această cazare! Totul a fost mult peste așteptări: am găsit tot ce ne trebuia, de la fier și masă de călcat, bețișoare de urechi, hârtie igienică și de bucătărie, până la espressor de cafea, prosoape mici și mari, geluri de duș și șampon. Cazarea arată mult mai bine decât în poze și este excelent amplasată, aproape de plaje private și de faleza cu magazine. Camerele sunt luminoase, spațioase, curate și aerisite, cu aer condiționat perfect funcțional. Televizoarele au YouTube și Netflix, iar frigiderul și vesela erau impecabile. Recomand cu drag!

Спасибо Лампросу и его жене Канелле за гостеприимство! Дом маленький, но уютный и чистый. Мы были зимой, кондиционер работает на отопление хорошо. Море близко. от дома. Вокруг очень тихо. Это отличный выбор для тех кто любит тихий и спокойный отдых. Из замечаний, я бы отменил немного тесную ванную комнату. Мы с удовольствием ещё бы вернулись в этот дом.

My family very much enjoyed our stay at Jürgen's place! Jürgen was an excellent host—he communicated promptly and was always available to answer any questions we had, which made the stay smooth and worry-free. The location was ideal, and the balconies were perfect for enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the stunning views. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Vanaf het moment van aankomst heeft de familie ons uiterst hartelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. De omgeving is prachtig. Chris ving ons op en we werden echt in de watten gelegd. Mooie tuin vol fruitbomen, speelattributen voor kinderen (onze zoon heeft heel leuk samen kunnen spelen met de kinderen van de familie). Absolute aanrader! We komen graag nog een keer terug!

Świetny Gospodarz, Sofia od razu reaguje na prośby i odpisuje na wiafomosci. Czysto, komfortowo, super blisko plaży, barów i restauracji. Miejsce do polecenia. Mieliśmy udany pobyt, dziekujemy.

My family and I came to Villa Ihor for 2 weeks & couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Thanos had asked us the names & sex of the children who were coming so that he could add some extras for them & did he do that! The thought he put into making everything perfect for our arrival was amazing! From children’s toys to blankets and even change pads, he really thought of everything! He communicated with us prior to our arrival many times to ensure that we were all set and had all of the information we needed, and he was there for our arrival as friendly and thoughtful as we expected him to be based on our communications ! Villa Ihor had everything that we could possibly need & the pictures don’t even do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in person! There are many opportunities for shade in the backyard. Nice house, fully equipped, exactly as it is described. Easy to find. Fani shows a worm welcome and quick tour in the house. During our stay we did not have to contact her – just everything was OK. The house is very close to the perfect sandy beach with shallow waters. During our stay the beach was almost empty. At walking distance there are shops, grill, 2 taverns, pizza and beach bar with excellent service. Just perfect vacation. Thank you Akis House.

הבית של סטפנוס מקום מפלט יפה וקסום. מאוד חמים וביתי. הבית כפי המתואר ותואם לתמונות. נשמח לשוב. נקודה שכדאי לציין- הרחובות מאוד צרים ואם חונה בהם רכב הגישה לדירה מאוד קשה אך אפשרית. בקצה הרחוב (הקצר) יש חנייה הרבה יותר נוחה ונגישה. למי שלא רוצה להסתבך עם מעברים צרים. ממליצים למי שמגיע לליטוחורו להתארח אצל סטפנוס.

Μιχάλης is a friendly and wonderful host. He met us at the door and gave us a tour and clear instructions about the apartment. The apartment is so clean and the view of the mountain is spectacular! There are many cafes and restaurants, and a nice park too, within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

One of the best places we have ever been, even better than the pictures. The location is amazing, direcly at the sea, with beuatiful sunrises. The mount Olympos is just a few kilometers away, full of natural beuaties and deeply spiritual places. The house is spacious, everybody had a separated place, everything we needed was there for us. Petroula is really a super-host, kind and helpful. All our questions and requests were quickly answered by her. Special thanks for the welcome wine and sweets:) We will come back for sure.

Wir waren in Familie mit 3 Generationen im Cozy Family Haus und waren begeistert. Unsere 3-jährige Enkelin und unser Familienhund Leo haben sich von Anfang an auf dem Grundstück und im Haus wohl gefühlt. Obwohl unsere Ankunftszeit sich extrem verspätete, haben unsere Gastgeber uns herzlich begrüßt und uns mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank und frisch gekochtem traditionellen Essen überrascht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Der "wilde" Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Dieser Strandabschnitt ist wenig genutzt, es geht flach in das Wasser und ist gut für Kinder geeignet. Leider ist er nicht gepflegt, so dass angespülter Müll herumliegt. Etwas weiter findet man einen Strandabschnitt mit Strand-Bars, dort sind Liegen und Sonnenschirme, die Nutzung ist meistens kostenlos, wenn Getränke bestellt werden. Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο, με προσοχή σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Ήταν πολύ καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι εξαιρετική, απαντά άμεσα στα μηνύματα και προσπάθησε να μας βοηθήσει στη διαμονή μας. Ο χώρος είναι κάπως μικρός, θα τον πρότεινα για μια οικογένεια με 2 μικρά παιδιά, αλλά όχι για 4 ενήλικες. Το μπάνιο, αν και κάνει πρωτότυπη και άριστη εκμετάλλευση του χώρου, είναι επίσης κάπως στριμωγμένο. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ ήσυχη και προσφέρεται για ηρεμία, ενώ ταυτόχρονα είναι πολύ κοντά στον Πλαταμώνα. Συνολικά πρόκειται για ένα ιδιαίτερο κατάλυμα, πολύ προσεγμένο και όμορφο, αλλά λίγο μικρό.

What an incredible place! A real gem, especially for families! The location is fantastic as the porch is right in front of the beach and the house is equipped with everything you might need. Alice & Vuc were lovely hosts, super fast to respond and ready to accommodate our needs. Can't wait for our next stay!

That place is absolute hidden paradise with gorgeous and unforgettable views from the balcony I would dare to say , the pictures on Airbnb site does not really represent the astonishing 180 degrees panorama so the only thing you need to do is to verify my words by booking the apartment, there will be no slim chance to get disappointed The spot is between 2 small villages which is top to my standards , quite and peaceful and only 3-4 kilometres from everything you would possibly need - fruit& vegetable stores , fresh fish & shellfish, bakery etc There are of course ultimate beaches around and 1.25-2h to all Halkidiki fingers by car Another host of Airbnb who undoubtedly increase the standards and put its rating to highest level Thank you !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Christos! La vue sur le Mont Olympe est à couper le souffle 🤩L’appartement est très confortable et à proximité d’une épicerie, des restaurants en bord de mer et du Mont Olympe! Notre séjour était parfait! Merci Christos!

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα Joan's House, μας άρεσε πολύ. Το σπίτι ήταν φωτεινό και κατά την άφιξη μας στο χώρο, τα κλιματιστικά λειτουργούσαν, οπότε δεν αισθανθήκαμε καθόλου την υγρασία, λόγω εποχής , καθώς επισκέφθηκαμε το κατάλυμα τέλη Οκτωβρίου. Το σπίτι μέσα ήταν πολύ λειτουργικό και εξοπλισμένο πλήρως ώστε πραγματικά αισθανομασταν ότι βρισκόμασταν στο σπίτι μας. Η περιοχή ήταν κεντρικά, χωρίς ωστόσο να υπάρχει φασαρία, με το πάρκο απέναντι να σε γεμίζει όμορφα φθινοπωρινά χρώματα. Συστήνω το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και για το Φθινόπωρο, νομίζω θα το απολαύσετε πολυ περισσότερο, εμείς τουλάχιστον το απολαύσαμε και χαλάρωσαμε αρκετά. Τέλος, η κ. Ιωάννα ήταν πολύ καθοδηγητική για το πως θα βρούμε το σπίτι με ακριβείς οδηγίες. Και ο Γιώργος ήταν πάντα τόσο άμεσος στις απαντήσεις του και πολύ - πολύ ευγενικός. Ευχόμαστε να συνεχίσουν έτσι να έχουν τόσο όμορφες και δημιουργικές ιδέες, τόσο για το Joan's House όσο και για το lost in paradise στην Κατερίνη. Εις το επανιδείν Νίκη -Λευτέρης

Wurden bei Ankunft sehr nett vom Schwiegervater auf Deutsch begrüßt. Dieser zeigte uns die Wohnung und war bei Fragen immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist schön und alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.
