Das Studio ist mit SAT-TV, CD-Radio und kostenlosen WLAN ausgestattet. Der Höpflhof ist ein völlig neu renoviertes, dabei aber jahrhundertealtes und geschichtsträchtiges Bauerngehöft. Es liegt im südlichen Teil des Bayerischen Waldes in der Gemeinde Neureichenau-Altreichenau am bekannten Dreiländereck Bayern, Böhmen und Österreich.

Apartmán se nachází v prvním poschodí a je přístupný pouze po schodech.
