Built in 1867, Tanner Building is the oldest building in downtown Bay City. The 12 ft ceilings and 8 foot tall windows allow for a light and airy feel. This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Linwood Beach Cabin Rentals

This large pet friendly 2800 Sq/Ft home is located one mile west of the Saginaw Bay near Linwood Beach Marina. For your security and ours we have added outdoor cameras, but absolutely no indoor cameras.There are two golf courses with-in 5 miles and has several restaurants located near the Village of Linwood. Bay City is a larger city 10 miles to the south. The home has a large front and back deck. The home is on a main highway (603 S.Huron Rd) and is tucked away nicely behind a Billboard.

Located 1/2 mile from Saginaw Bay between Linwood and Pinconning, our camp is the best place to begin fishing, hunting, bird watching or family adventures you will never forget. We just finished renovating our camp that is specifically set up for fishermen taking advantage of the world class walleye fishing on Saginaw Bay. However, the Nayanquing State Wildlife Area borders two sides of our property and would be a fantastic location to spring board your next waterfowl hunting expedition.
