Welcome to the Historic Morgue! An eerie ambience greets you upon arrival..the history runs deep for this building. This antique, nationally recognized, historic building offers antique decor with a modern twist! Morgue decor throughout, rightly so..paying homage to its dark history. This is a loft setting offering a king bed, full size bed, twin and an antique settee(possibly suited for a small child). A large kitchen with small breakfast seating as well as a large table! And that bathroom!

The Little Green Guesthouse is your boutique studio. It was built in 2023 above the detached garage situated about a 25 yards behind the main house. Large trees on the one acre property provide beauty and tranquility. You will fall in love with this house! There is something to amuse you around every corner. Located in the heart of Ozark about 15 minutes from Springfield and 30 minutes from Branson. Come enjoy a spacious historical loft with an industrial feel! This was our home for a couple of years and we are excited to open it up for others to enjoy. And just walking distance from the loft is our favorite sandwich shop- Spring Creek Tea Room, a tasty Barbecue joint- Lollie’s, delicious coffee -GW, a salon, a museum, a gazebo with seating around it and lots of boutique shopping for you to check out!
