It accommodates up to 6 adults with a futon in the living room, twin bunk bed over a standard mattress in one bedroom, and a queen-size master bedroom. Enjoy ample parking, outdoor seating options, a fish cleaning station with a restaurant-quality cutting board, fire pit, firestick TV, and numerous games. Located a short drive from Warsaw, Truman Lake, and Lake of the Ozarks, accessible via Drake Harbor.

This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Warsaw. The nice interior creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a true home away from home. This fantastic spot offers everything you need for a great stay. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. There is a swim dock to Gatliff lake which is not directly connected to Lake of the Ozarks. Boat Ramp access located in Warsaw (Drake Harbor) 10 minute drive away. Private Waterfront Relaxation at Peppermint Cove!

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.
