Very secluded yet only minutes away from the nearby towns of West Fork, Prairie Grove, Farmington, & the City of Fayetteville to name a few. Our cabin is situated within the beautiful Ozark Mountains with outdoor features including a pond, charcoal grill &outdoor fireplace. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults & is equipped with 1 kitchen, 2 full baths, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with a TV, dining area, 2 bedrooms & a loft.

At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

About the Space: Our cottage is nestled in the heart of NWA, on a family-run farm. It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Our Small Escape awaits 2 - 4 people looking to relax & reconnect in our bright & airy space, featuring a 20 ft wall of windows. We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub (open year-round), or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!

Make some memories at this unique and serene place. Overlooking the beautiful Ozark mountains, enjoy the stunning sunrise, or take a ride on Buckhorn Trails with your side by side or four wheeler. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.
