Lake Apartment with Beautiful Lake Norman Views

This spacious apartment comes with a full kitchen and hardwood floors. The 1,500 sq. ft. apartment is on the lower level of a 6,000 sq. ft. home with amazing views of Lake Norman and its own private entrance. Wake up and see the sunrise or relax on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake! Relax in the 7 person hot tub while looking out at the lake. The separate building in some of the pictures is a boathouse that holds lake equipment for your use and is not the apartment Please, No Smoking!

Kayak, boat, or soak up the sun sitting poolside with stunning views of the water. The home offers foosball, darts, air hockey and plenty of board games/puzzles for rainy days. The home is also centrally located to local restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Plenty of parking for a multi-family stay and a separate bunk room for the kids.

Lake Escape is best enjoyed on the deck with a water view, in the sunroom overlooking the water, or on the dock. Enjoy a dip from the dock, a restful recline with a book in the hammock by the water, chairs on the dock, fishing from the dock, or a canoe, SUP, or kayak adventure along the shoreline. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
