House of Blue: A cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage

House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

Enjoy spending your vacation in this cozy and comfortable cottage located at the end of a quiet and peaceful neighborhood near Lake Norman. Home has been fully remodeled and sleeps 7 people comfortably. Many amenities included 3 4k Roku TV's, quality beds & pillows and much more. The Tuckamore is nestled close to the Rail Trail, an easy walking trail through town. Conveniently located an hour from Charlotte, NC and a half an hour from great hiking in South Mountains State Park. Quiet 3BR Retreat near Lake Norman

Welcome to Denver! This is a great home for those looking for a place to stay while visiting family or a quick weekend retreat away from the city.
