The place was Amazing, the description was very accurate! Was in a very safe area close to everything, we definitely will be back ! Was very easy to keep in touch with the owners they were always ready to do the extra step! 🌻 Thank you so much… our stay was very good!

Mi pareja y yo nos quedamos dos noches, nos encantó el lugar. El departamento estaba tal cual las fotos, excepto que es un poco más pequeño de lo que aparenta. sin embargo, tiene una buena distribución de espacios y ambientes. Además, durante nuestra estadio tuvimos un inconveniente y Vanessa estuvo predispuesta a ayudar.

We staid for 4 nights and found the Apartment very comfortable with 4 guests. The Apartment is very spacious and beds are great. As previously identified be prepared for noise from outside on occasions. As there is no Aircon you will need the windows open and it can be noisy at times. Fans are provided. There is a 24 hour door man and as San Miguel is only 15-20 mins from the main city we used Uber to get around. There are plenty of supermarkets very close to get water ect and if you walk to Starbucks there is a bank with great ATM if needed. If you want great coffee walk to La Mansion del Pan. And have a lunch at Mi Propiedad Privada just down the road.

Erika's place was great. I stayed in Lima for a whole month and the apartment was perfect for a long-term stay. The apartment itself is very well decorated, modern, and clean. The location is very close and walkable to all the great restaurants in Miraflores. Erika was very responsive whenever I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again whenever I return to Lima!

Excelente departamento, la ubicación y el condominio! Nico súper buena anfitriona, ya hemos repetido varias veces este departamento y siempre recoge el feedback para que pasemos cada vez una mejor experiencia. Súper recomendable!

Luxury Penthouse with Amazing Views in Miraflores

Stunning apartment - could stare at the view from the terrace for days, particularly when the sun sets. Very spacious and good size bedrooms. My only complaint is that there is no air conditioning, meaning that we had to keep the windows open all night, which made it difficult to sleep given the huge amount of traffic and noise you get in central Lima. In the end, we wen to a local supermarket and bought buy fans in order to sleep with the windows closed (to whomever stays next - you're welcome!).

Beautiful Penthouse Duplex in downtown Miraflores

This is an incredible apartment with great views of Lima and the ocean. You can watch the sunset with a glass of wine every evening. Conveniently located across the street from a grocery store and near tons of great cafes, stores, parks, restaurants and bars. Very easy to get an uber to and from this location, if you need an uber to get to another neighborhood. The pool and adjacent grilling and seating area is very nice and rarely used by other residents and guests of the building. The front desk reception people are very friendly.

The place was fantastic! You get a sunbath every day and get to witness the sunset as much as you can. The olace was really clean and the staff at the building as well. Pool and gym were easy to find and use. Everything overall was a grwat stay and i highly recommended!

Good stay in a beautiful apartment! The space was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids, with thoughtful treats waiting for us. Ubers were easy to find, and the building felt safe with security at the front desk. Check-in was smooth, and the host stayed in constant touch to ensure everything was going well. Elisa, the point of contact, was very helpful. The only downside was that the dryer wasn’t working, but overall, a wonderful stay. Would recommend!

Lorena and Anthony were very responsive and their place was perfect for exploring one of Peru’s best neighborhoods! We felt so at ease walking around Miraflores!

Karen was very reachable and she answer my questions quick. Her place has a great location on Miraflores. It is close to everything, including a supermarket just in front. The place has security 24/7. Her place is in the 11th floor, with big windows and you do not need AC. There was a nice breeze. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Definitely you will enjoy your staying in this nice apartment.

The apartment was even more beautiful than depicted in the pictures. Adriana was always very responsive and even allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment before check in, while they were still cleaning. The doorman was the nicest and friendliest I’ve ever encountered. The market across the street was perfect to buy whatever we needed for our stay. They didn’t have a wine bottle opener, so i bought them one and left for anyone else that follows to enjoy!

Fueron unos días súper divertidos y relajantes, la casa es súper acogedora, con buena iluminación muy buena para pasar un momento de relax, la piscina es espectacular. Alonso es súper detallista con la limpieza y con todo los requerimientos de los huéspedes. Definitivamente volveremos pronto.
