Situato al terzo piano l’appartamento al Campaniel gode di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, Smart tv, Netflix, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Cucina e bagno completamente attrezzati.

Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.
