Haunt Cafes near a Chic Apartment in a Handsome Building

Bright apartment, stylish moldings and wooden floor. You will find plenty of space in the big living room and the large kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds. There is also a queen size sofabed in the living room. You will find all you need in the apartment : wifi, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine… (There is no television but plenty of books ! and Internet…) The apartment is in the village of Saint-Martin, near famous theaters and cafes. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are along the street. Place de la République, the Marais and Quartier des Halles are within a 15-minute walk. There are two metro stations within two minutes walk and five bus stops nearby. It is easy to access to the apartment and it is ideal for discovering Paris on foot or by public transportation. Note that before accessing the elevator you must climb a staircase equivalent to one and a half floors.

Calme, cosy et quartier top à 15 min de Paris

Dans l'un quartiers les plus résidentiels et sécurisés, à seulement 150m de la station RER B Parc de Sceaux, nous proposons un appartement en rez-de-jardin d’une villa avec entrée séparée des propriétaires constitué: d'une chambre, d'une salle de douche, d'une cuisine et d'un WC séparé. La plupart de nos voyageurs apprécient le calme de ce lieu, le cadre très verdoyant, la propreté de l'appartement, son confort et l'attention qui leur est portée. Idéal pour les touristes et les professionnels.

Petite maison chalet au fond du jardin

1 seul voyageur. Nous ne sommes ni 1 église ni 1 boîte de nuit pour accueillir n’importe qui. Nous souhaitons uniquement des voyageurs bienveillants. A quelques pas de Paris (6km de Porte d’Italie) et pareil pour l’aéroport d’Orly. Logement à proximité de commerces et transports(tramway , bus et métro 14 Chevilly-Larue ou L’Hay à 15 mn à pied. Metro 7 Villejuif Louis Aragon est accessible en tram 10 mn.Le centre commercial belle épine à un peu plus d’1 km. Vous serez chez nous comme à la maison.

Welcome home! This charming apartment is composed of an independent entrance from the garden, a large cosy bedroom (15m2) nicely designed with sofa and TV, a seperate kitchen and a bathroom (28m2 in total). Tramway T7 is at 5min, Subway 14 at 10min walk, to join Paris center in 20min and Orly Airport in 5min. We will do our best to make you feel at home here. Apartment has an independent access from the garden. This one is not suitable for tall people (+6,26 ft) as the ceiling is a bit low.
