Easy access to Little Elm Boat ramp and Little Elm Beach. 2 minutes from restaurants, bars, and the new indoor waterpark. Lake front view, pull your boat up on the shore and walk back inside the cottage! Pets allowed + $50 addtl cleaning fees. Place by the lake

East facing, don't just wake up to an amazing sunrise, but also a beautiful lake view. Very tranquil. A place to escape, but still close to the cities and its football games, Dallas stadium. The property is located on the lake, it has space to park a boat with a 2 min drive to public boat ramp. Great spot for fishing! Eventhough my kids grew up here, this is not a child friendly home. There is no fence from house lake, the stairs not have standard rails. Do contact me with questions.
