Water front Smith Lake story book cottage with HUGE open water views, flat lot with easy walk to the water and offers TOTAL privacy! The perfect place to unwind and relax. Recently renovated with boat dock and plenty of parking. Quick access to Arrowhead Park for boat launching. 4 bedrooms each with a queen bed plus a large sectional sofa for extra sleeping space. 3 baths with one tub. Built in 2019, this updated and open-concept lakefront property is equipped with everything you need for a cozy getaway with family or friends. Enjoy a beautiful lake view through the windows with your morning coffee, or unwind with a sunset on the back patio. Bring your boat or pwc and store on the private dock just steps from the back of the home, or spend time fishing, paddle boarding, swimming or floating off of the deep water dock. Our place is made for making memories!
