Welcome to Kings Landing on Smith Lake! This is the place where technology and relaxation both reside. Kings Landing offers many amenities besides the breathtaking views of Smith Lake. You will enjoy total serenity as you watch the sun rise and set over the picturesque forest back drop of Alabama the Beautiful, along with its magnificent tree lines that seem to touch the sky. This condo is a part of the Duncan Bridge Resort Community located in Winston County, Alabama.

Amazing 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Condo with Pool

You can't go wrong with this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. Its location is a quick 20 min drive from downtown Cullman, AL. This top floor unit has sweeping views of the lake and is brand new! The Master Bedroom also has an amazing view of the lake along with access to the porch where you can enjoy an early morning coffee. The amenities are unlike any other on Smith Lake with the endless pool being the highlight. Enjoy a nice warm day taking in the view and a dip in the pool.

Martin’s Smith Lake Condo

Great ground floor condo at Duncan Bridge resort. Easy access and great view of the lake. Close to pool and cooking grills. Lewis Smith Lake is one of the deepest and most beautiful lakes in the south. Jasper is a short drive from the condo and has many great places to eat and shop. Come and join us for a great getaway. Due to new rules imposed by the HOA a 4 night minimum is imposed for the summer. A 3 night minimum is required after Labor Day.

If a great view and creature comforts are important to you , the Queen Bee overlooking Smith Lake is your home away from home. Located 7 miles from I-65. (6 guest maximum), Each BR has private bath, TV. An electric FP in family room for warm cozy. Fully equipped kitchen. No step entry. Cleats to tie up your boat and a ladder to make swimming in lake available. The infinity pool is both unique and beautiful (seasonal).
