Landscape Lodge is a sanctuary from the speed of life. Built in a small hamlet in the French Alps, it balances outdoor activity with rest & retreat. Its interiors combine elegant, modern finishes with unique, traditional touches. Beds are luxuriously comfortable and bathrooms are individually-styled with bold tiles. The large terrace is a focal point, the perfect place to enjoy meals with your own mountain panorama. The private garden will be a favourite spot, a space to play in the sun or snow.

2 king/twin bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, kitchen/diner/lounge with large terrace. CAPELLA is our Chalet Apartment (new build in 2018) fitted to a high standard in the residences of Chalet Brunes in Morzine. The apartment consists of 2 double/twin bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, open plan kitchen/lounge and large south facing terrace with beautiful mountain views. Also access to a personal Ski Locker and individual Garage. There is also a communal Sauna in the same Chalet Building in the Winter.

Le Kamd'baz, a new and elegantly furnished duplex located in the heart of Morzine, is perfect for families and friends looking for an alpine getaway. This 50m² apartment offers optimal comfort for 4-7 people with flexible sleeping arrangements: a bedroom (double bed), a closed sleeping alcove (bunk bed and single bed), a sofa bed in the living room (real 18cm mattress) ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all. A fully equipped kitchen, terrace, two bathrooms, and a toilet are also available.

A bright, modern, 2 bedroom apartment that can sleep 6. 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bunk room & double sofa bed. 7mins walk to Morzine centre, 2mins walk to the ski bus stop and the main Carrefour supermarket so everything you need is really close at hand. New kitchen with oven, hob, washer dryer, dishwasher, slow cooker, microwave. Modern shower room and toilet Garage and a large secure ski cave. Lovely sun trap balconies looking out onto Morzine and the slopes.

Appart skis aux pieds proche express des Prodains

L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

Beautiful garden apartment in a newly renovated 18th century farmhouse. A stone's throw from the centre of town, only 2 minutes walk from Morzine's main amenities, the Parc Derreches and on the ski bus route. This apartment is perfectly located for a relaxing holiday in summer, winter, or any time of the year and is perfect for a family or group of friends. The apartment has a large cave making it the perfect base for skiers and mountain bikers.

Modern (built 2018) 2 bedroom luxury apartment 100 metres to free bus stop and 12 minute walk to town. Suits couples or families. Open plan living/dining area opening up to large south facing balcony with superb views. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, and coffee making equipment, including an nespresso pod machine. It has its own garage, ski locker and there is lock up bike storage and a shared sauna.
