Ideal for high days and holidays, you’ll love it because the outdoor space around the cottage is huge for kids and dogs to play, the cottage is modern, new and quirky and only a 2 minute walk to the lovely beach! Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Having been refurbished to a high standard, the cottage is located within 7 mins walking distance of the village of Lyndhurst's high-street, which has a selection of fantastic restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes. The open forest is also a short distance from the cottage and leads to endless walks, cycle rides and heaps of exploring!

19th century cottage with sea views in Emsworth

Overlooking the water and built around 1850 our semi-detached cottage has stunning views of Emsworth harbour. It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. It's a five minute walk into the heart of Emsworth where you will find an abundance of restaurants pubs and coffee shops, butchers/fishmonger and greengrocers. There is a coastal footpath on the doorstep, the Southdowns, West Wittering beach, Chichester and Portsmouth a short drive away.
