Leiligheten ligger i andre og tredje etasje i et hus på en liten høyde rett over Tromsø sentrum som gjør utsikten fantastisk. Leiligheten ligger i et gammelt fasjonabelt villastrøk med store villaer og fine hager. Leiligheten har et soverom i første etasje og et soverom på loftet i tillegg til et stort kjøkken med alt du trenger, en romslig stue, en loftstue, et stort bad med badekar og regndusj og en liten balkong.

Du kan ta på deg skiene og gå rett ut bak huset og opp i ferdi preparerte skiløyper som også er belyste- eller gå opp fjellene for randonee etc. Denne villaen har egen takterrasse med fantastisk utsikt.
