Small studio apartment in an old villa. Separate entrance. 18m2. Bathroom with shower and washing maschine. Kitchen with basic appliances. 10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc. House is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio. Parking by special arrangement only.

Perfect for northern lights

This is a 35 m2 apartment 13km from Tromsø city center. Perfect for viewing the northern lights in a very quiet area! Suitable for up to four persons. One bed room plus fold-out-bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. The bus goes between Tromsø and the property 25 times a day on business days, 5-6 times on Saturdays and zero times on Sundays. Take route 412 from Torgsenteret 2 to Holmesletta. The apartment is situated in a central but quiet area, just a 5-15 minute walk from nearby shops, restaurants, bus stops, and popular meeting points for organized tours. Please note that our apartment is situated on a slight incline. Additionally, kindly take caution as you plan your visit to the Arctic region, where roads may be covered with ice and snow. Parkering er tilgjengelig på forespørsel. Soveplassen er en dobbel sovesofa i oppholdsrom.
