Charming and comfortable apartment, located in a peaceful and green setting, yet surprisingly central. Delft, Leiden, Gouda, Rotterdam, The Hague, and the coast are all within easy reach. The area is perfect for walking and cycling tours. Within just a few minutes, you can reach the train station, bus stop, tram, or metro – either by bike or on foot. You’ll have your own private parking space right in front of the apartment, including an EV charging station. Bicycles are available upon request.

Mijn studio is 30 m2 groot en is volledig ingericht en vrij nieuw. Ideaal voor koppels, zaken reizigers en toeristen naar Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Leiden, Delft, Utrecht. Stranden bereikbaar binnen 30 a 60 minuten, afhankelijk van manier van reizen (Scheveningen, Kijkduin etc.). Keukenhof (tulpen) ook goed bereikbaar. Zoetermeer heeft ook aardig wat goede restaurants op loopafstand van de Bnb. Verwijzing naar fietsverhuur mogelijk. Goede plekken voor open waterzwemmen mogelijk, vraag host

Located in heart of the city-centre. Restaurants, bars, historical sight seeings , museums, shopping area, central station, tour-boat harbor, its all at walking distance. Complete house for yourself, with private entrance. Many unusual things, like a popcorn machine, open-fire-place in your bedroom, an indoor terrace, etc. Some pictures may give the impression as if they are taken outside the house in a cozy street, or in the garden, but that's really just the decoration of the living room.

Cottage In The Green ligt in het Groene Hart op een kwartier rijden van beroemde steden als Gouda Delft en Leiden. Vlakbij kun je wandelen, fietsen, zwemmen, zeilen en golven. In de directe omgeving zijn er winkels, treinstations naar onder andere Den Haag, Utrecht, Rotterdam en Amsterdam. Voor de gasten zijn fietsen gratis beschikbaar. Er is een 3,7 kW privé wallbox om een EV op te laden. Wij ontvangen onze gasten graag zelf, maar bij afwezigheid is er een sleutel in een sleutelboxje.

The house is on a peaceful leafy street, less than 5 minutes walk from the centre square. The train station is only 15 minutes away by foot. The house is newly renovated in a warm minimalistic style, inspired by the best of Japanese and Scandinavian design. Ons sfeervolle big tiny huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt op loopafstand (1,1 km) van het centrum van Delft, is sfeervol ingericht, heeft een eigen ingang, is geschikt voor 2 personen (en eventueel 2 kinderen in overleg) en heeft een eigen patio. Vanaf hier ervaar je de rust, maar ben je op korte van het centrum van Delft. Er zijn fietsen beschikbaar voor gasten en daarmee (of met de tram/trein) is het centrum van Den Haag of Rotterdam ook binnen handbereik.

Dit centraal gelegen appartement op de begane grond van een moderne stadswoning is smaakvol ingericht en ligt direct tegen het centrum van Leiden. Met alles voor een paar dagen Leiden, een weekje strandvakantie. Wandelen of met de fiets.
