This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom space has tons of room to spread out and relax - in front of the 65" 4k TV, in the hot tub surrounded by trees and with some views of the city, or in the spacious bedrooms, including one King bed. In the kitchenette you can prep basic meals and be ready for a day of adventure, or stay home and have a foosball tournament. Only 4 min from the freeway and countless local attractions no matter the time of year!

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

The Pickleball Manor

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
