A tranquil cottage nestled in the lush countryside and situated right along the Bourbon Trail, this completely renovated rare find is located center of Lawrenceburg, Frankfort and Shelbyville and only 12 min to I-64. With five main bourbon distilleries just 30 min, local wineries within a stone's throw, Churchill Downs and Keeneland Racecourse equidistant and Taylorsville Lake nearby there is little left to be desired when staying here. Bourbon Trail Lakefront * Hot Tub * Sleeps 8

We were not affected by the floods in Kentucky. So very thankful. Come visit us! New all in one washer dryer 4/2024. New year-round hot tub just added 2/2024. Stay at the Goose Branch Lake House & fish from your own dock only a few steps from the back porch. Catch catfish, largemouth bass, red eyes, blue gill etc. Canoe, 2 kayaks & 2 stand up paddle boards available to rent. This lake house is centrally located on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. 95% of the world's bourbon is made in Kentucky!

Country Cottage in Horse and Bourbon Country

This completely updated cottage is located on a scenic byway voted one of the ten best scenic drives in the United States, on which you will see thoroughbred farms for which Kentucky is famous. Keeneland and the Kentucky Horse Park are within 20 minutes. There are 4 distilleries within 10 miles, 11 within 30 miles, and 23 within an hour’s drive. Two bedrooms, new kitchen, new bathroom, washer and dryer, covered porch, deck, air conditioning, wifi, cable TV, and ample parking. Relax and enjoy!

Sweet little cottage within walking distance of historic downtown Winchester. Open floor plan, 500 square feet of coziness! Queen size bed, kitchen, living room, dining all in one place. We’re a working farm on the edge of the city limits in an older non-gentrified neighborhood. Surrounded by the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, Rupp Arena, Fort Boonesboro, Red River Gorge and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Easy access to I-64, I-75, and Mountain Parkway - gateway to Appalachia.
